ZenVille is inspired by the search for a balance between daily life and the calm so appreciated offered by the nature. We imagined a safety place, full of calm and tranquility, a place full of light and for all the moments spent in the family. A place that belongs to you
Safety
The project is a "gated-community" with controlled access, planned to comprise a total of 97 houses, each house benefiting from parking spaces and its own garden. Safety is very important for future residents, so the entire complex will be guarded and monitored.
Calm offered by nature
The entire complex, on a plot of 15,606 sq m, provides generous access roads for each section of houses with sidewalks, parking for visitors, playground for children, generous green spaces. The development area is strictly residential, withdrawn from the hustle and bustle of the main arteries and benefits from fresh air, in only 10 minutes by walk, you can reach Baneasa Forest.
Precious time spent with the family
The intelligent partitioning of the house allows the optimal use of space, without unnecessary loss of surfaces. Starting from the comfort necessary for a home, we thought the ground floor of the villas as a space dedicated to relaxation: wide open space with kitchen and dining area, large glazed areas that let light animate the interior of the house, exit to the yard directly from the living room, you can enjoy dinner outside with your family, or coffee on a sunny morning. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, plus an office in the attic, so necessary in this period when there is a growing need to work from home.
Accessibility
Located in Pipera, 10 Mircea Eliade Street, ZenVille offers easy and fast access, 7-10 minutes by car to Henri Coandă Airport and the main office pole located in Dimitrie Pompeiu and Floreasca, but also access to the ring road of Bucharest and neighboring cities. Public transport is also available nearby with bus stops for R459, 301 and 135.
