FINISHES
EXTERIOR AND FRONT
- to ensure optimal thermal comfort, the thermal insulation of the villas is made by an assembly composed of 25 cm efficient brick masonry, covered with 10 cm expanded polystyrene heating system and dark gray, light and white exterior decorative plaster.
- the facades will have ceramic veneer accents, with 8 cm expanded polystyrene as thermal insulation
- traffic floor - asphalt and prefabricated concrete pavers.

- the interior partitions will be made of gypsum board with variable thicknesses, depending on the destination, between 10.0 and 12.5 cm, made of metal structure CW50 / 75, with double plating on both sides and mineral wool on the inside.
